Release Potential Entitlement (Info)

You may receive a request from a claimant to release the potential entitlement prior to their award being finalised. You cannot do this unless you have the High Level User (HLU) role

The amount will only be released if

• The claimant makes a complaint that is upheld

Or

• An official error is discovered

And

• The last scheduled payment for the award period has not been issued
