Employer Reference Has Changed (Info)

The computer does checks to confirm the claimant’s identity and the employer reference number supplied by the claimant.

If the employment has been replaced by another employment, and the end dates of the employment and employer are the same, the reference of the replaced employer will be sought.

Where a replaced employer reference is found, a new application version will be created containing the change of employment.
