Payment By PVE (Info)

Where a family is entitled to Working Tax Credit ( WTC) and an employer reference has been captured, the employer details are verified and checked for suitability to make Payment Via Employer (PVE).

Direct payments will automatically be made if these errors have been manually verified or overridden by an operator working from the ‘Verification Failures’ Work List, where the checks have produced one of the following failures

• ‘Employer reference not found’

Or

• ‘Employer reference found name mismatch’
