Check For Manual Payment Postings (Info)

You must follow this guidance to ensure that manual payments postings are checked and if they are not found, they are referred to Finance Worthing for posting on to the tax credits computer

This needs to be done

• Before a claim goes back into system payment, to avoid an overpayment

And

• Before lifting the suspension on a restored 2003-2004 or 2004-2005 terminated renewal claim (or terminated renewal from a subsequent year)

The posting is done by Finance Worthing. You must follow this guidance to check for any manual payment postings and to refer them for posting if they are not found, before continuing with any other processing action.
