New Award Notice: Part 3 (Info)

This part of the new award notice issued after 6th April 2006 gives details of the payments made to the claimant.

It is broken down to give the claimant a reconciliation statement of their award showing details of

  • Payments already made for the current award period
  • Payments still to be made for the current award period
  • Payments made by the employer
  • Details of any overpayments already collected or due to be collected from this award

This part also breaks down any overpayments into previous year and current year status and advises the claimant how they will be collected.

A summary of the amount still to be paid to the claimant and the account details to which payments will be made are recorded at the end of this part.

There will also be details of provisional payments due for the following year. These figures will include any changes to the award that can be predicted by the computer from the information provided by the claimant.

This reconciliation statement has been enhanced to give the claimant more information about their award. The information can also be viewed on the Reconciliation Details screen in Function VIEW AWARD, which has also been enhanced.
