New Award Notice: Part 1 (Info)
This part of the new award notice issued after 6th April 2006 gives details of the personal circumstances of the claimants in the award. Information includes
- Details of the claimant or claimants in the award, such as
- Hours worked
Or if they received
- Income Support
- Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Disability Living or Attendance Allowance
- Extra tax credits following a return to work after a period on benefit and they are over 50
- Details of any qualifying children or young people in the award which includes
- The number of children
- Their age group
- If any of them have a disability or qualify for Disability Living Allowance
- Details of any childcare costs the claimant has made to a registered or approved child care provider
Every award notice is tailored to show the circumstances for an individual case. So not all the details above will appear on every notice and some may have additional details.
