Incorrectly Logged Award Notice (AG)
To deal with an incorrectly logged returned award notice, consider steps 1 – 5 below.
| 1 | Use Function VIEW AWARD and go to the Award Summary
screen. On the Award Summary screen

| 2 | Check the award notice for any indication that the
claimant
disputes the decision, or
the information indicates a
change of circumstances

| 3 | Where the claimant indicates on the award notice
that they

| 4 | If a signature is required
Note: If the notice is disputed for any reason other than a change of circumstances, follow the guidance in Changes |
| 5 | Use Function MANAGE REMINDERS, go to the Select
Reminder Cycle screen and select the relevant ceased reminder
cycle. You will be taken to the Manage Ceased Reminder Cycle
screen. On the Manage Ceased Reminder Cycle screen
Note: This will ensure that the reminder cycle will be reset and the appropriate reminder issued if a reply has not been received by the reminder due date |
