View Claim Summary (Info)


You can use Function VIEW CLAIM SUMMARY to

  • View a summary of the award history for a household, including any outstanding verification failures
     
  • View aspects of payment information for the household
     
  • View information for the tax credit periods from CY to CY-6
And
  • Quickly access other functions when you need more detailed information

Function VIEW CLAIM SUMMARY has the following screens

  • View Claim Summary – Initial
     
  • View Claim Summary – Award Versions
     
  • View Claim Summary - Payments

The View Claim Summary – Initial screen will display for either pre award or post award claims as appropriate. Information messages will display if the claim is pre-award or not fully processed.

You can access other functions on the NTC computer from the View Claim Summary – Initial screen by clicking on the appropriate button. You will be able to access and view information in functions

  • VIEW HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT
     
  • VIEW S17 DETAILS
     
  • VIEW APPLICATION

You can also use the View Claim Summary – Initial screen to access and view more specific information for the selected award by clicking on the following buttons

  • [Award Versions]
     
  • [Signals]
     
  • [Contact Details]

The View Claim Summary – Award Versions screen shows summary information for the selected award version. You can access other functions on the NTC computer from the View Claim Summary – Award Versions screen by clicking on the appropriate button. You will be able to access and view information in functions

  • VIEW AWARD
     
  • VIEW HOUSEHOLD NOTES
     
  • VIEW HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT
     
  • VIEW APPLICATION

In addition to being able to access these functions from the View Claim Summary - Award Versions screen, you will also be able to go to the View Claim Summary – Payments screen by clicking on the [Payments] button.

The View Claim Summary – Payments screen shows specific payment information for the selected award version. You can access other functions on the NTC computer from the View Claim Summary – Payments screen by clicking on the appropriate button. You will be able to access and view information in functions

  • VIEW HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT
     
  • MAINTAIN POTENTIAL ENTITLEMENT
