Referral form, consider steps 1 - 2 below
| 1 | Check the M1 Referral form has been completed
correctly

| 2 | Send the correctly completed M1 referral form
through your line manager or Technical Advice Line Liaison Officer
(TALLO) with any attachments to the appropriate team detailed on
the referral
Once received by the team in TCO, they will be treated as urgent Note: All referrals must be completed fully and correctly, if not, they will be returned unactioned to the originator |
