Incorrect Personal Information Held On The Computer - Line Manager (AG)


To deal with an M1 Referral form, consider steps 1 - 2 below

1Check the M1 Referral form has been completed correctly
  • Ensure there is a clear discrepancy between the computer and the expected personal details
     
  • Use Function MAINTAIN HOUSEHOLD NOTES to check that the M1 Referral form has been completed and sent
  • If the M1 Referral form is not completed correctly or there is no clear discrepancy return to the originator
2Send the correctly completed M1 referral form through your line manager or Technical Advice Line Liaison Officer (TALLO) with any attachments to the appropriate team detailed on the referral

Once received by the team in TCO, they will be treated as urgent

Note:  All referrals must be completed fully and correctly, if not, they will be returned unactioned to the originator
