Change The Reminder Cycle
When you decide to change the reminder cycle, you must select a reason for the change from one of the following
| Reason for change | Maximum in Days |
| Household unable to provide information | 14 days |
| Original notice lost or destroyed | 14 days |
| Office delay | 14 days |
| Notice returned to household for signature | 14 days |
| Claimant – short term illness | 14 days |
