Exception

Claimants who are exceptions to applying for bank or building accounts are

• Disabled claimants who are unable to use an account and have no appointee

• Claimants with no fixed abode and no securing mailing address

• Claimants who are unable to open any account, including a Post Office™ card account because they have been rejected by the Post Office™ when they tried to open an account
