Cross Border / Family Supplement Cases

A Cross Border / Family Supplement case is where the claimant(s) are

• Not working in the UK

Or

• Not living in the UK

And

• Are receiving family benefits / credits from another EEA member state

Where the UK's family benefits are higher than those paid by the EEA member, NTC will pay a supplement of CTC to the claimant to make their award up to the UK level of payment.
