The ‘Unmatched Change of Circumstances’ Work List contains entries that have been created when the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or Department for Social Development has attempted to enter a change of circumstances using their e portal or onto their Customer Management System (CMS), but a match could not be made with a claim on the NTC computer

The change of circumstances may not have made a match to a claim because

• The personal details of the claimant(s) may be incorrect

Or

• The claim which has been submitted by the claimant has not been received and processed, therefore there is no claim for the change of circumstances to be matched to

Manual deletion of work items on this Work List is permitted.

Every Work List provides the following information for each work item

• Creation date

• Reference ( NINO)

• Name

• Action Date

This Work List also provides the following additional information

• Type of change for example, COC new child
