Payments Changes (Introduction)

This section of the Manual provides guidance on the following changes relating to the payment of CTC or WTC

• A change to bank or building society account details
   
• A change to the nominated payee and / or frequency of CTC or WTC payments
   
• Closing a foreign bank account
