Death Of A Claimant Or Child (Introduction)

This section of the Manual provides guidance on what to do when you are informed of the death of a claimant or child.

All cases that involve the death of a claimant or child will only be dealt with by the Tax Credit Office (TCO) Priority 1 Team.
