Claimant Changes (Introduction)

This section of the Manual provides guidance on what you should do when a claimant informs you of any of the following changes

  • A change to their address
     
  • A family break-up

There is also guidance in this section on what to do if you receive written notification that a claimant is now legally recognised in their acquired gender
