Receiving A Change Of Circs From Child Benefit (AG)

When you are notified of a change of circumstances by the Child Benefit Office, consider steps 1 - 5 below

1Open the WAM ‘Other’ folder and print out the e-form E41A and the attached TC649A template
2Delete the entry in the WAM ‘Other’ folder
3Sort the Priority 1 change of circumstances into the following
  • Death of an adult or child
  • Bank detail changes
4Process the forms in accordance with the appropriate guidance in this section
5Once the change of circumstances has been dealt with send the print of the form with any other correspondence to remote storage
