The EFBS Funding Officer user role is available in the Employer Funding Business Service. To select the role in Interim Single Sign On
- Click on ‘EFBS Funding Officer’
The role provides access to all functions required for supporting the capture and maintenance of employer funding applications, including
- Capturing funding applications
- Handling funding failures
- Maintaining funding applications including change of circumstances
- Making emergency payments
- Managing funding re-allocations
- Recording failed payments
- Reviewing and clearing appropriate Work Lists
