The ASBS Ren Processor user role is available in the Application Support Business Service in Enquiry Centres, to process claims. To select the role in Interim Single Sign On

- Restoring a terminated renewal
- Re-issuing award, renewal and rejection notices
- Handling change of circumstances
- Viewing the status of the claim and the award
- Viewing the status of the renewal
