ASBS Processor Role (Info)
The ASBS Processor user role is available in the Application Support Business Service in Enquiry Centres, for processing claims. To select the role in Interim Single Sign On
- Click on ‘ASBS Processor’
The role will eventually provide access to all functions required for
- Capturing claims
- Handling change of circumstances
- Handling tax credits enquiries
- Re-issuing award, renewal and rejection notices
