The AMBS Account Officer user role is available in the Application Maintenance Business Service. To select the role in Interim Single Sign On
- Click on ‘AMBS Account Officer’
The role will eventually provide access to all functions required for
- Handling payments received
- Handling suspended debts
- Making repayments
- Re-allocating payments
- Recovering claimant debts
- Reviewing and clearing Work Lists
