The AMBS Account Officer user role is available in the Application Maintenance Business Service. To select the role in Interim Single Sign On

• Click on ‘AMBS Account Officer’

The role will eventually provide access to all functions required for

• Handling payments received

• Handling suspended debts

• Making repayments

• Re-allocating payments

• Recovering claimant debts

• Reviewing and clearing Work Lists
