You may be asked to provide a scanned image of a claim form or Annual Declaration.

In order to do this, you will have been emailed a RDC Image Request Form stating whether a scanned image of a

• Claim form

Or

• Annual Declaration is required

If a copy of the claim form or Annual Declaration is required, you must

• Access the Tower system

• Print off the required correspondence

And

• Send it through Taxpost to the person who requested the scanned image
