• On the morning of the collection date, collect the polylopes
   
• Groups must ensure the weed is ready 24 hours before collection, in accordance with the weed schedule

• Enquiry Centres and Contact Centres (Only)

• You must have authorisation from your Data Guardian before sending tax credits claimants' data to storage. If you have not already done so, complete a Data Transfer Request (DTR) and send it to your Data Guardian for authorisation
   
• Once the data transfer has been authorised and a DTR number has been awarded, courier services for sending tax credits claimants' data to storage must be arranged through HM Revenue & Customs Tactical Security Control Centre (TSCC)
