Rejecting A Claim During Capture - Supervisor Quality Check (AG)

To complete the supervisor quality check before a claim is rejected, consider steps 1 - 4 below.

1Make a note of the claimant's
  • Name

And

2Use Function VIEW APPLICATION or CAPTURE APPLICATION to check each screen for accuracy / completeness.  Use the checklist guide to check the information on the computer against
  • The original claim form, if this is a manually captured claim
  • Information recorded in the Application Notes field
  • Any correspondence received
3Note the result of your check against the note you have made of the claimant's name and NINO
4Return the claim to the operator for corrective action and / or processing
