Entering An Incorrect NINO During Capture (Info)

If you realise that you have used the wrong NINO whilst using Function CAPTURE APPLICATION you must

• Not click on the [Store] button otherwise the claim will be stored on the computer and appear on the ‘Incomplete Applications’ Work List

Instead you must

• Abandon the function by clicking on the [Cancel] button and start again

If you realise you have used the wrong NINO after you have clicked on the [Store] button

• Take a note of the correct details

• Use Function CAPTURE APPLICATION using the NINO that you used before and record your action in the Application Notes field on the Summary Information screen

And

• Contact your own support unit area
