Claim Form In Welsh Language (Info)

In accordance with the Welsh Language Act 1993 some claimants may make a request or enquiry for the tax credits claim form (TC600) in the Welsh Language.

If you receive such a request or an enquiry either in writing of during a telephone conversation you should

• Obtain the necessary information from the claimant

And

• Pass the details to the Welsh Service Provider

The Welsh Service Provider will then issue the claim form in the Welsh Language
