Appeals Against Statement Of Account (Info)

The receipt of a Statement of Accountdoes not carry the right of appeal. However, Statement of Accounts are being issued that contain appeal rights. This will be amended.

In the interim any appeals received against the Statement of Account should be treated as a late appeal against the original decision and checked to see if the claimant has any grounds for appeal other than disputing the overpayment.
