To manage the manual reminder cycle post award, consider steps 1 – 11 below. The guide is presented as follows

| 1 | From the forms TC648 in the clerical BF run and / or Function MAINTAIN HOUSEHOLD NOTES identify those claims with an Action Date of today or earlier |

information you need or remind them to send the enquiry back within
the next 14 days. If the claimant
