Reminder Cycle
When an enquiry is sent to any of the following there is a time limit in which a reply is expected
- A claimant
- A partner
Or
If a reply has not been received when the time limit expires, a reminder should be issued.
If after a reminder is sent, there is still no response, you may need to
- Send another enquiry
- Obtain the information in a different way
Or, depending on the situation
- Take some other form of action. For example, reject the claim
