Critical Errors

A critical error is information that cannot be scanned by the RDC scanner. For example

• Dates in the future

• Dates in the wrong format

• Entries outside of the box

• Forms not completed using black ink

If the information is not in an acceptable format it cannot be validated by the main NTC computer.
