NIM20009 - Class 2 Liability: Change of circumstances

Regulations 87 and 88, SS(C)R 2001

A contributor must notify the Department if they

• Become, or cease to be, liable to pay, Class 2 NICs; or
• Become, or cease to be, entitled to pay Class 2 NICs; or
• Change their address
