SSC Amendment (No.4) Regulations 1995

Schedule 3 was extended to include

• any payments in the form of an asset for which trading arrangements exist see SE12012 ; and
• vouchers capable of being exchanged for such assets ; or
• vouchers which are themselves subject to trading arrangements
