NBCG5430 - Dealing with applications: Direct tax clearances dealt with by Local Compliance: Electronic Folder (EF)

NBCG8200 includes detailed notes explaining EF, including the transfer of clearances to caseworkers by email. These notes have been prepared by staff working with EF on a day to day basis. Team leaders should make full use of existing EF experience within their own teams. For an initial period, further assistance on how to use EF can be obtained via the telephone numbers notified separately to new users. Bespoke training can also be arranged in Southend, although related T&S costs need to be funded from local budgets.
