MLR3C9400 - Dealing with non compliance: Counter Terrorism Act

Officers should follow the general principles applied to dealing with non compliance with MLR 2007 and Transfer of Funds Regulations. Guidance in relation to Counter Terrorism will be included in MLR 8 and will receive HMT approval.

Warning letters should be adapted to reflect failures under the Counter Terrorism Act 2008.
