MLR2R16200 - Refusing an Application for Registration: Date cancellation takes effect

The date of cancellation is the date of the letter of notification of cancellation. However, if we consider that the interests of the public require cancellation of a person’s registration to have immediate effect, cancellation takes effect when the notice is given to the person.
