MLR1PP11450 - Penalties Guidance: Responsibility for inputting on DTR

Responsibilities for inputting, amending and withdrawing penalties on the DTR system lie strictly with our Registration Team in Southend. This was historically referred to as Banking. The Registration Team's "Banking" or "Accounting" role is distinct from their main roles which are to maintain the register and issue any warnings or penalties for which they have responsibility.
