Detailed information on all aspects of Health and Safety are contained in the HS series of guidance books (HS1-20), although some of these have been decommissioned and replaced by guidance in the series HRLG6a. Staff and their managers should be aware of and have access to these guides, reading and acting upon the information as appropriate.
