. Local, Specific or Integrated IPR authorisations are applied
for using Form C&E 810. The form is based on the Commission
model format application form in Annex 67 of Commission Regulation
2454/93. It is used where processing operations only take place
within the UK. Guidance notes for completion are included in
Notice 221 Section 3.
The information required on the C&E 810 should be
sufficient to determine whether the basic conditions of relief
identified in
IPR40000 are satisfied. If necessary,
additional information may be requested to help clarify details of
the application before making a decision on the application.
IPR90000 explains what checks should be
made when an application is received.

Note: NIRU must be advised of all IPR authorisations issued
including the date of expiry of the authorisation, on a six monthly
basis.
