paragraph 5.5. LCP approval is automatically granted under
Local, Specific, Single or Integrated IPR suspension
authorisations.
LCP approval within these IPR suspension authorisations are
solely for the purposes of receiving suspension goods, it does not
replace or allow use of CFSP which must be applied for separately
if required.
