paragraphs 5.7 and 5.8; the Transit Manual. No prior approval is required to use Transit to transfer IPR goods to another Member State. By entering IPR goods to CT, the authorisation holder discharges their IPR liability. The transit declaration should be endorsed “IP/S” or ‘IP/D’ as appropriate. If suspension goods are subject to import licensing, transit documents should also be endorsed “commercial policy”, IPR40800 and IPR180000.
