Assessment: amendment to assessment

The Inspector may need to amend a Chapter IV assessment. This would be after the determination of an appeal against a notice of direction or assessment. If so, the Inspector should use a photocopy of form CT12(Z) as a working sheet. The Inspector can then arrange for the issue of a notice of amended assessment on form CT12(Z).
