These are the forms the Inspector should use to assess Chapter IV tax:

• CT 14(Z) Direction - Notice of direction.
• CT 14(Z) Revision - Notice of revised chargeable profits/creditable tax.
• CT 14(Z) - Notice of assessment.
• CT 14(Z) (Schedule) - Schedule of amounts apportioned.
• CT 14(Z) (Assessment Notes) - Explanatory notes.
