INS8301 - Action prior to issue of warning letter: Initial action by caseworker

Where you decide that at a direction and decision seems appropriate and worthwhile 

• Prepare an initial report (Word 32KB) (this includes guidelines on what to include under each heading)

Unless the Senior Officer/Higher Officer has delegated this responsibility to the caseworker

• Pass the initial report along with all the papers to the SO/HO for authority to issue a warning letter.
• Flag any papers of importance in support of your comments, particularly with regard to ‘Evidence of Relevant Payments and Details of PAYE Failure’.
