  • sequestrations
  • company liquidations
  • administrative receiverships
  • receiverships

and although not formally insolvent to


  • administrations for companies and partnerships
  • trust deeds
  • voluntary arrangements for companies, partnerships and individuals.

This section of the Manual provides some basic information about insolvency and insolvency practitioners.

Some guidance may not apply in Northern Ireland.
