Introduction
This guidance is for the use of the business area Voluntary Arrangements Service (VAS).
VAS is
- an independent unit
- staffed by Direct and Indirect Taxes personnel
- part of HMRC Debt Management & Banking (Enforcement & Insolvency Service Worthing)
- responsible for Debt Management Compliance and Insolvency
- managed by an Assistant Head based at Worthing
- supported by DMB resources within Durrington Bridge House, Worthing
