Requests to agree action

Requests by an insolvency practitioner (IP) that the Revenue

• approves a proposed course of action in the insolvency (all cases)
• agrees the IP’s remuneration (EIS Worthing and Edinburgh cases only)

are considered by EIS.

If you receive such a request immediately send the papers with a report of the known facts to EIS for advice.
