Monitoring of VAs in place before 29.1.2001 (Red cases)

Monitoring of VAs in place before 1.1.2001 (cases in Red file covers) is carried out by the ‘Red Monitoring Teams’.

They monitor the cases as they deal with them and respond to

• correspondence
• phone calls
• worklists and exception lists (Head of Duty, IDMS and SA)
• dividend payments.

Each caseworker has an allocation of cases to monitor normally on an alphabetical basis.
