Monitoring of VAs in place from 29.1.2001 (Blue cases)

Blue Team Cases are monitored using Elapsed Time spreadsheets to identify actions needed. ( INS10407).

• Priority 1 cases ( INS10243) are dealt with by Band D Examiner caseworkers.
• Priority 2 and 3 cases ( INS10243) are dealt with by Band E1 Assistant Examiner caseworker.
