Partnerships (IVA and PVA)

Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs)

Members of a partnership may seek their own IVAs.

Partnership Voluntary Arrangement (PVA)

But a partnership may seek a PVA under the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994.

Under this Order partnerships are dealt with as unregistered companies and they may seek the protection of a Partnership Administration Order while they formulate a VA.
