When all the files have been received by the Registry Clerk,
they will be sent to the Risk Research and Liaison Team. The Risk
Research and Liaison Team will then complete their checks to
ascertain whether or not the life tenant is still alive.
If the life tenant is still alive then the file will be
marked accordingly and returned to the store.
If the life tenant has died they will obtain the appropriate
file and refer to the risk assessors.
